Welcome to Apple Ridge

Nestled beside Summer Hill in Maynard, Massachusetts, the Apple Ridge Condominiums are 90 town house units in 15 buildings on 24 acres.

The property includes an outdoor pool with pool house, a tennis court, woods, a large meadow (with community garden plots), and a picturesque pond.

Apple Ridge owes its name to the apple orchard region to the west, beginning with the Derby orchard just across the road.

Settled in the mid 1600s, the Summer Hill area was part of Stow from 1683 until 1871. That year, taking land from the towns of Stow and Sudbury, the mill community of Assabet Village was incorporated as the new town of Maynard, named for Amory Maynard, the developer of its mill complex on the Assabet River.

Today, Apple Ridge continues to share the ambiance of both Maynard, with its vibrant  downtown, and Stow, with its farms and apple orchards.
